Rigging keeps crashing!!!

Is there a trick to get the transpose rig to work? I have a character that has 38 subtools all combined to be around 36 million polys. When I go to the Transpose Master plugin, I turn on the Layer and ZSphere Rig buttons then click TPoseMesh. Sometimes the system crashes at this point while converting and combining everything. There error I get is:
“This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.”

Other times it works fine and allows me to set up the rig and pose it. However, it takes about 10-15 sections for the mesh to update while moving the rig around. This makes for a pretty lengthy posing process.

After getting the rig into the correct pose and clicking the TPose>SubTool button, I get the same error listed above and all work is lost.

I have an 8 core 3.6 GHz processor and 16Gb of ram as well as a 3gb video card, so I have plenty of processing power. Has anyone else experienced this issue and know how to rectify it?

Thanks!

I found this thread. Hope it’s helpful.

Thanks Doug! I think I found that thread but it didn’t really discuss the crashing issue but more of the process of actually rigging. Support mentioned that it may be the version of Transpose Master I’m running so I’m going to update it and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks again!
