Rigging isn't really working?

Hi there.
I’m trying to rig a character I created with one of the default mannequins of Zbrush4. But it just doesn’t work.
First of all can I rig with mannequins or do they have to be ordinary user created zspheres?
here’s my procedure.
1)I load the mannequin I want
2)I load my model
3)I select the mannequin and on the rigging tab I select the mesh I want.
4)I start resizing the zspheres to better fit the model
5)When finished I select bind mesh
6)I start moving around the zspheres but nothing really happens…
It seems to be trying to figure out something since the movement is slower than usual but the actual model is not moving.

Any ideas?

With normal Zspheres -not mannequins- it seems to at least bind the model but
I’m not getting the expected result. No matter how much I resize or how many zspheres I put I’ll be getting the sort of deformation you can see on the video.
