Hi all,
I will try to make “Rhino” only with Zbrush (that’s one of my first attempt with it).
I have working on Zsphere for the “basemeseh” then i converting in polymesh for adding detail.
All critics are welcome!!!
(sorry for my poor english)
adelante…espero verlo terminado
un saludo amigo
looks very good so far. You’ve got a good base mesh going. 2 questions: Are you referecing a picture? and Can we see your zsphere setup?
Thank you all
For the reference i have see a “rhino” by Dave Cardwell and for over reference i’m inspired by photography…
For the techniques i use a “basic” Zsphere (photo A) after i convert in polymesh for modelling over detail like eyes, ear nose etc etc…

Little update

The good mode modifies the part of the mouth is short

awesome, the detailing is coming along nicely
Vamos bien…vamos bien…el cuerno un poco mas agudo al final…
Thanks for all comments guys!!!
hu-sir>>>>for the mouth don’t panic i have not working on it yet but i take notes.

Jotajota>>>>For the horn “cuerno i think?” i agree with you, for the final stage a little bit acute and maybe broad…

Here we go
I have adding detail and correcting a few detail in anatomy.
Now i start to texture the rhino.
Hope you like it…

yes I like it but I don’t like the fact that your model has a very thin neck, just an opinion I think the neck should be a little bigger… look
neck See how big its nexk is… you should try just to extend it little bit

Thank you for ure constructive ctitics and i remediate at this.
I have stopping my progression in colormap to correct the geometrie. And that’s my attempt for the Rhino(féroce?..not so
).
I’ll post a wireframe at subdivision 1 and result at SubD 6…I don’t think work the body because >>> I concentrate more on the head my efforts for this modeling session…
What did you think about it?

This is the end…my only friend the end…
Well this is the final stage for a model of this Rhino head i’ll hope you like it and Cu for over test
…
First test of color mapping.
Comments are always welcome

very nice modeling! detials look great were more of the detail done in PM or just modeled? everythign looks right except the horons seem a little awkward. i actually like the untextured one on the top of page 2 the best. great job!!
