Hey ppl. I got an issue with my most recent sculpt. I left my Zbrush running to make supper and when I came back the color of my sculpt was desaturated along with all included subtools. When I make a new texture from polypaint the saturation comes out fine but in the viewport is where something is messed up. I looked in as many places I could think of and cannot for the life of me figure it out. I filled object using MRGB flat shader with a white color and it comes out a bright grey. I messed around with the light intensity and still nothing. I made a side by side comparison with my previous save and there is definately something funky going on here. Are my children to blame while I was away or could this just be a corrupt file. Thanx ahead.
sounds like you have a mask on.
tool>masking>clear.
see if that fixes the issue.
Thanx for the reply. I got to hand it to you. You are right. For some reason I had a mask on all 12 subtools. I don’t know how it got there because it means that I would have had to go through each one and mask it, that is, unless there is a way to mask everything at once which I am not aware of. So I’m not going to look any further and just blame it on the kids. Thanx for the help. You saved me from having to re-model…again.
