Retopology with Marquee(Hiding) Crashing issues

I’m having problems with hiding parts of my mesh while I’m retopologizing it. There is parts of the mesh that are blocking parts of the mesh that need to be retopologized and can’t be done unless I hide it. So when I attempt to hide part of the mesh Zbrush crashes on me and gives me the following message box:

INTERNAL ERROR .\afile.cpp Line 730

Unable to open/Create a FileC:\PROGRAM FILE(x86)\PIXOLOGIC\ZBRUSH 4R2/ Recovered File/Recovered_Document.ZBR

Could use some help with problems thanks

My Computer specs
Windows 7, HP Pavilion, Intel Core i5, 64-bit operating system, Radeon AMD switchable Graphics card, 8.0 GB RAM, CPU 2.30 GHz
