i am retopologizing a model in zbrush with zspheres and using 4r6
the thing is i have 20 pieces of geometry the same so is there a way to retop first piece and then duplicate this to the other 19 bits of geometry instead of tedious job of retoping each pece

You can use projection to project detail from one mesh to another. This can include polypaint. A rough workflow would be:
- Create the new topology.
- Sub-divide until there’s enough resolution to hold the detail.
- Append the original model.
- Project the detail using Tool>SubTool>Project All.
It can sometimes help projecting lower sub-division levels first and working up, and you may need to experiment with the settings.
