Hello everyone,

This is a newb question but, I was trying to retopologize an existing model using zspheres,the problem occured when I put symmetry on and tried to delete edges using the alt key. I noticed that only the edges on the side that I was working on were deleted, and not the edges on the opposite side of the x axis. Is this normal,or is there a way that I can delete the edges on both sides?

It sounds like your model wasn’t completely symmetrical. If the model is truly symmetrical then you can delete from both sides simultaneously.

That was the problem my although my model looked symmetrical it wasnt, so I smart resymmetried it and now it WORKS. Thank you so much Aurick.
