go to your lowest subD level
tool>geometry>reconstruct subdivisions
that should get your lowest subD back.
you may need to enable UVs
tool>UV Map>pick an unwrap type. any will work.

Okay, I did as you told me but got no result. I received this message “Unable to reconstruct lower-level subdv. Operation canceled”
do you have triangles in the mesh? they will all go away when you create another subD level anyway…everything gets quaded during a subD.
Does you mesh have UV’s? is the option “delete UV’s” available in tool>uv map?
I dont have triangles and UVs in this model =/
okay, no tris.
do you have UVs? Sorry, your last post was vague to the UVs question
Sorry, ZBrush has the UVs option. I tried with and without UVs on my model and same response appears “Unable to reconstruct lower-level subdv. Operation canceled”.
do you have layers, a MT, HD sculpting, etc?
I really think I’d have to look at the mesh to determine the main problem. If you can upload it, I’ll take a look to see what I can see.
I’m tapped out on the usual errors that people have when reconstructing down. Some times mirroring the mesh will let it reconstruct…but I’ve only seen one mesh that needed to have that happen. So that probably isn’t it.
