Hey guys, I’m working to retypologize this mesh, but I keep seeing the retypology lines on the back of the model while working on the front. How do I turn this feature off because its super annoying! Thanks!
Go to the Preferences>Draw menu and set the Front Opacity slider to 1. Set lower than 1 if you want to see the lines a tiny bit. Also make sure Ghost transparency is off.
Probably you will love to take a look in the Zclassroom the tutorial from Joseph Drust where he make clear some useful tips about retopo:D
Hey Thanks man! My mesh is already in the “retpology” mode and I saved it like that so now i can’t go back to my original high polycount mesh, so how would I turn Ghost off if i can’t access it through the original ztool?
You can turn it off in Topology mode but you may need to turn on Transparency first.
The Ghost button is on the right of the UI, towards the bottom. If you turn on the Transp button immediately above it then you’ll be able to turn off Ghost.
(The Transp button is also in the Transform palette, and the Ghost button in the Preferences>Draw menu.)
marcus U ROCK!
