retopology for multiple subtools

Hi,

How do I make the retopology for a multi subbtool object?
I was looking for variations of “retopology multiple subtools” but I only found another bazillion tutorial Videos of guys doing new topology for a single mesh.

This is probably THE thing that keeps me from finishing like a bazillion different sculpts,
I can’t find a good tutorial for it,
or maybe I’m just not aware of a certain Tool I have to use.
I would be great If you guys could help me;)
