retopologize complex shapes and hide parts of model

Hello Zbrushcentral Users,

I am new to ZBC, so i hope that i posted this into the right section. I try to learn some new features of zbrush like dynamesh. It would totally change my workflow, but i have some problems. I’m working on a anatomy study and started with the skull. I wanted the hole and details of the nasal bone section (ethmoid etc) to the back of the maxilla. I also watched the tutorials by Micheal Pavlovic and thought that the create shell function in dynamesh is pretty handy to create the inside of the skull. After the Dynamesh sculpt i wanted to retopologize the skull.

And here comes the problem. Is it possible to hide parts of the model to for example retopologize the inside of the nose. For topologizing i use a appended zsphere and the edit topology function. Does the projection function work in this way or do i have to reproject all afterwards i created a adaptive skin?

Thx in advance for your help
