retopologing in Zbrush 4r2

Hi guys. first of all I’m sorry for my English, its not my native.:cry:
I’m doing new topology for my base sculpt (from dynamesh) and I’d like to ask- is there a way to extrude the loop for arms and legs for example? it take lots of time to do it point by point.:confused:
Also, I’m using Blender, and I interesting- is there a way to load my custom topology and project (bake)the details onto it? :wink:
