Retopo Tutorial for Zbrush 4? 3.5?

Just got the newest Zbrush and wanted to tackle retopologizing finally in 4.0. I havent found a new tutorial on retopoing for 4.0. I was watching the meats meir tutorial for 3.0 and many of the functions have changed, particularly no Projection button under rigging tab, and it seemed pretty important for translating the new topology onto the old mesh, but 4.0 doesnt have it.

Couldnt find a good descriptive tutorial on 3.5 either. Could use a simple link to the right direction for this Noobie… Cheers!

For the projection option, look in the Projection palette beneath the rigging settings.
