Retopo message

I am selecting a mesh that is about 41,000 polys and I am getting this message:

[]

Is it not possible to insert a mesh above 15,000 polys:(

After drawing your ZSphere,

First go to Tool > Rigging and Select Mesh then go to Tool > Topology > Edit Topology.
