ZB4R2 + Vista 32 + 4Gb

Every time (at least with this file) that I try to hide part of my base mesh to enable retopo. ZB crashes with the
‘locked main mem’ fault. (see attached)

This is a retopo of a dynamesh sketch of around 1.5 million polys.

Is it possible to retopo’ over a dynamesh? Or should I start again with a non-dynamesh ‘rig’?

OK.

I recovered by decimating the original Dynamesh sketch down to 20K, then swapping the ‘rig’ mesh in the
retopo’ for the decimated version.

I’m guessing I was running out of ram, but on only 1.5M polys?
