Retexturing with existing UVs

I have a low poly model with existing UVs. I gonna subdivide it in ZBrush, make some sculpt and bake some maps. For some reasons I can not change mesh and UVs.
While sculpting, how can I be sure I stay in existing UV borders? Should I keep the mesh transparent all the time and not to sculpt out of that silhouette?
