Resizing Z

Probably gonna sound a bit simple, especially as I’ve been using Zbrush for quite a few years now, but I can’t seem to resize my Zbrush window. It used to just be a matter of dragging a corner to the right size but this no longer works, and dragging a side only opens (& closes) the tray. Has something changed? I can move the whole window around but can’t make it less wide (so I can see ref pics or other apps)

I’m running Z4r6 on a 27" iMac under Mavericks

Sometimes on the mac, the bottom right resize corner is outside the screen size –

Click the Restore plus icon in the upper left of the zbrush window. That should do move the resize corner back where you can grab it.

I’ve saved my startup document/project to be the correct size so I don’t have to play find the widget.

You can do it from within ZBrush. Turn off Document>Pro, set the Document>Width & Height to the size you want then Alt+click the Resize button.

Many thanks for the answers guys, much appreciated!
I can get to the bottom corners of the app window, but nothing happens, no resize arrow and click & drag does nothing. I’ll try your answer Marcus, if you don’t know the answer there probably isn’t one!

UPDATE: Wow…both methods work!! I don’t get how I missed that! Thanks Thor! I tried the restore button but it didn***8217;t change anything, this time it did!! Also Thanks Marcus! I didn***8217;t think the resize button changed the window size, I thought it just changed the canvas! You really do know Zbrush like no one else mate!
