My life was not complete until this existed…Nick Offerman as Monty from Rescue Rangers!
I had forgotten how much I watched Rescue Rangers when I was a kid until my kids started watching it. Nostalgia is a pretty powerful thing.
Towards the end of the rough sculpt I leaned away from Offerman’s likness…it was getting too weird. I really wanted to make Zipper an alien fly in a Teletubby-ish blue catsuit with a few creepy fly elements sticking out. Don’t judge me…it’s funny! Decided to stick closer to the original design. Didn’t want to scare the children.
