Hello all , this is my first thread here and also my first sculpt in ZB …
i searched the web and the forum for an answer to this problem but in vain …
so i decided to post my problem with photos to help u understand .
i’m sculpting a bust in ZB , and as i’m still a newbie ,i have already begun
sculpting the ears and i didn’t consider adding more edge loops to give me
sufficient resolution to work with on it without having to subdivide the
whole thing ,
so to fix this ,i duplicated the tool of the bust , and on the original tool in
the lower subdivision level i added a couple of edge loops around the ear
zone and erased the ear by smoothing the area so that i can reproject the
ear from the duplicated tool using ProjectAll , that’s when the stepping
problem appears , i also tried Zproject brush , and it gives the same result .
So do u have a certain workflow or even another way to salvage the
ear on the new topology without having to resculpt ? …

Thanks in advance
