Rendering normal map in 3ds max (lights)

Hi to all zbrusher !

Brand new to the forum and fairly fresh to zbrush.

Doing some test to bring a normal map to 3ds max. Used the low poly man from zbrush. Create a bump map to assign in 3ds. The back part of the man is fine but the front part is pitch black. If I put some lights on I need to put a stupid amount of intensity and then becomes just black and white no greys at all.

Does anyone know anything about that ?
