Rendering multiple materials

Can anyone give me a step by step on this? I tried following the wiki with no luck.

Goal: To render a human head with eyes, one shader on the eyes, different shader on the head. Both the eyes and head share the same psd texture.

Using Zbrush 3.1

if you’re using subtool master…

have only the eyes visible and the material you would like to use, then go to Subtool Master, click on Fill, and select material.
Same steps for the head.

If you’re not using subtool master…

select a subtool and the material you’d like that subtool to be, select “M” only on the top bar, (next to RGB and MRGB).
go to the color panel, and select fill object.

repeat for all subtools
