Please be kind enough to notice the image i am attaching with this.
I don’t know what happened.
After i imported this from maya in obj format,this is what i get whenever i open it.
I tried to import it again and again.(maya)
still the same thing.
if someone could help me out of this mess,I be very thankfull roman.jpg

The second one is the actual mesh i was working on before it went wrong.

Try flipping your normals. You can do this by going into the display properties tab (on the right by default) and clicking on flip. gl.
