remesh tutorial

Hi

new to zbrush but loving it. Im a 2d artist usually, but sculpt practical models for tabletop games, so transfering my skills to digital seemed a good idea.

I am having trouble with my mesh, the base is fine, but I need to remesh items I have extracted from my basemesh where there is alot of distortion or complex objects to sculpt.

Im wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a tutorial on remeshing in zbrush? or will I need to use another peice of software?
