relax vertex and uvlayouted before import to zbrush?

i heard people said it will be better to relax vertex (vertex evenly space out) and layout uvs before import to zbrush, why?

i simply ignored those steps…and i have no problem at all…

so why people said that?

and i heard if i didnt evenly space out the vertex my normal map will not be accurate…

and zbrush doesnt like overlapping uvs?? i tested with overlapping uvs model into zbrush… it still wotks… why??

umm can someone explain all of these for me? i am confused…
