Doing the ornaments:

I created an alpha map:

With a standard brush, lazymouse and Z Intensity at 70, Zadd on; “Use Tablet” turned off I drew the ornament lines.

Later, I brushed the surrounding bumps with a standard brush and smooth brush. The scatches were done with slash1 and slash2 brush.
