Sorry to be a Numbskull, but I’m entering my info from the 3.5 registration screen, where it asks for email address from time of purchase, my seriel number and description of computer. I enter the info and get this:
The email address provided does not match with the serial key provided at the time of purchase.
Please try again.
I know what it means (I can read!) BUT, the email address I am using is correct as well as the seriel number (Reading it right off the CD from Pixologic! Tried a few times, and even used my personal email just to be sure, but still get this error. HELP! What do I do ?

Please submit a ticket at http://support.pixologic.com. Be sure to include your cleverbridge reference number or serial number.
The email address to use is the one that you provided when you upgraded to 3.5.
