Rectangle Clip Option Not Popping Up...??

So I hold down Ctrl +Shift and the rectangle clip brush appears, if I hold down the SpaceBar I can move it around, if I tap the SpaceBar once…the Clipping option does not popup for me.
If I tap the SpaceBar twice…still no go.

Am I doing something wrong here??

You have to make that option before you draw out the clip marquee. Hold down Ctrl+Shift then Spacebar all at the same time then select BRadius/Polygroup then let go of Spacebar while still holding down Ctrl+Shift to draw out your marquee.
