Reconstruct subdiv UV issue

I’m noticing a inconsistent UV issue with Zbrush.

I smoothed a character face that has UVs twice in maya.
brought that face into Zbrush. Did a reconstruct subdiv.

Exported the lowest level to maya, and it’s UVs are slightly off of my maya level 1 (pre smooth) .

Is there a workaround or this will always happen?
I would like to be able to pose my hirez geo in zbrush by reconstructing subdiv and posing the level 1. and then export my high to maya and have the uvs match.
