I am having difficulties with one particular subtool not reconstructing lower level subdivisions. When I delete lower > reconstruct mesh, it fails. It also fails to reconstruct lower levels when I use subtool master to mirror the subtool so only the highest subdivision is mirrored. I was able to mirror this same subtool previous to unwrapping it using uvmaster. I thought this may have screwed up the subtool somehow so I deleted the uvs to no avail. Any ideas what is going on here? I may just have to revert the subtool to an old version.

It turned out older versions of the tool didn’t mirror correctly either. I ended up mirroring each subdivision level and recompiling it into a new tool. I can’t get merge subtools to work more often than not or mirror as new subtool or merged. Sometimes these functions work, sometimes they do not.
