In this age of streaming video and all that surely the future events could be live telecasted through real player or whatever you deem best.
A European meeting would be good but not many of us outside of London eg would go there due to time and costs - using the internet for what it was actually designed for ie communication seems to be the obvious way.
Personally I do not need the services of girating fire breathing nubile scantily dressed girls - these teenage fantasies are just that.
Its all very nice to meet in the flesh but that is not really necessary for a lot of us.
So for a serious European meeting I suggest a LIVE INTERNET dissemination.

hey its been a long time since i have heard about the videos are you still going to upload the footage of them i would love to see what went on there i would really like to go there some time and see it for my self please give us an update!!!
Hello Troy1617 - after siggraph I should have some news on this front. I had some technical difficulties that caused me to sideline this. However, someone is looking at it now to see what we can make of it. I know it is very late but if there is usable material I will get it up on the web none the less.
