Re-adding detail to mesh

Hi, when creating my models I use a lot the move brush. Problem is that often the mesh lose detail where an area is moved considerably away. Any change to re-subdivide or re-detail such area ?

if you use the move tool at a lower subDivision level then step back up the levels. I think ‘reconstruct Subdivides’ will help too

step down a couple of subdivisions smooth out your geometry so your topology is more uniform and then click on reproject higher subdiv which should give you better unified poly distribution and make it more easier to sculpt form in the spots that are lacking…
