Looks like Aphex twin
yep its (meant to be) aphex twin; had an aborted attempt back in Animation Master 99, then max 4, then maya 3, then gave up for a while, and now finally zbrush. with any luck i might even finish this one… 
Its looking cool so far. Are you making any particular aphex twin head? It would look cool as the pigtailed one from the window licker video. That was so creepy
