So I don’t know what keys I pressed, in the button of my interface there is a “[R” appearing.
What does that mean? and how can I get rid of it?

I believe the lower window with “[R” is related to scripting. REegardless, to get rid of it just click the horizontal up/down arrow divider to close it. Works the same way as the dividers on the left and right.
