Quick Subdivide and UVsmooth Question.

So I think I messed up. I have a hand that I subdivided up to 6 levels. I creased it to keep the boarder edges in place when doing a Smooth Subdivide. I got my finer hand details sculpted the way I want, but I am getting major seams around my UV boarders.

I have a feeling its cause I didn’t smooth my UVs while doing the Smooth Subdivide.

My UVs are laid out very nicely and evenly.

Is there any way I can go back and smooth the UVs without losing the detail I’ve already Made?
