quick question opening a file.

im just a starter with zbrush and amazed with what it can do.
noob question: just want to know how do i edit a save file over zbrush?
i just save my current work after i try to rotate it i just have a 2 3d of my work the one is the original and the other is the one rotating. and when i open the file i cant edit it… how do i do it. i try to press T for edit and click make polymesh3d. but nothing happens.

one more question. when i create a spear3d when i press ctr+z to undo. i cant edit a new spear3d… pls. help.

heya,

try some of the tutorials on the help file please. its hard to explain so here goes…

when you draw a sphere3d on the canvas, you need to convert it to a polymesh 3d(This is in your tool palette) and hit T to enter EDIT MODE before you can sculpt it.

Otherwise, you’ll just be drawing multiple copies of the object on the canvas.
