Zbrush Non-perspective view means they are orthographics view,i think we cannot rotate an orthographic view in maya,there is no need for that.In 3dmax we can rotate in orthographic view.
if you want a same view,create a new perspective or old one make focallength=3500(max)
angle of view=1(min)
