I’m trying to follow through what I’ve been reading about the “GoZBrush” (for PC) that is discussed in the tips and tricks section on Pixologic.com (http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Tips_and_Tricks#GoZBrush)
Specifically I’m trying to import .ma files directly. However it seems as though this is a hit or miss with objects coming into Maya. I’m “Opening” my character .ma scene in Maya and get one of the following issues.
:ex:
- No Shader network is created.
- Not able to save the file after making changes to it.
- I do get all the maps i.e. Displacement, Normals, and Texture map
I’ll run through the process again this weekend and post screen shots of my workflow.
