I’ve been looking into ZBrush for a while, and I think I am almost ready to make my decision. But first, I have a few questions:
- The current version for the PC is 3.5, while the current version for Mac is 3.2. I am currently using a Mac, and right now that does not sound very assuring when the Mac version is 3 versions behind. This gives me the vibe that the Mac version, which I can not test due to the trial only being available for PC, is not fully supported and enhanced. Will the Mac version be updated to 3.5 soon (as in within the next month) and will it be constantly updated as well as the PC version?
- The trial version is currently only 3.1, and because of this it is missing many features that the current version has, such as ZSketch. My question here is if it is possible to get a trial version of 3.5 any time soon?
- What is the company’s status on customer support? If I submit a support ticket, about how long will it take to receive a response? Is there any direct talking with someone (such as an online chatroom or support phone number)?
