Yes! You have Invert buttons in the Alpha and Texture palettes.
THANKs I found it, only problem is I am trying to do an “inflat Balloon” deformation and it does not seem to work when the texture is inversed!! My whole model just disappears 
Are you remembering to mask after applying the texture? If not, the texture is just sitting there on the surface rather than driving any mesh control.
If you are masking, then please provide step-by-step instructions to duplicate what you’re experiencing.
