Question about render in keyshot 7 pro

Hi Dear

I Have problem when i render my work in ( keyshot 7 Pro ) i see Black Screen during rendering ( i can not see my work during render )
contrary other versions keyshot such as keyshot 5 its work normal ( i see my work during render )

Please help

note : when i change option render to background render its solve but in default mode the problem happen
