QRemesher to preserve polypaint ?

I have a model which is already polypainted and the polygon count is too high to be printed (using Shapeways color sandstone). I am trying to lower the polygon count, QRemesher looks promising, but I can’t get the polypaint transfered to the low-poly model. Can’t find any pointers in the documentation or on the web…anybody can help me there ? Thanks.

you can’t keep your color information as your points are changing.
you can project your colors though. Just make a duplicate of your mesh before the Qmesh.

Lovely, thanks. The “project all” button was mentioned for the projection of details, not for the polypaint. Sounds easy to use. Seems to remove a roadblock for me.
