Qremesher Clothing Issue

Hiya all,
Right i am doing some superhero costumes. I am finding Qremesher a little challenging to mange the edge loops on the cuff’s of my costume.

This is before Qremesh:

This is what happens after: (there isn’t even a clear edgeloop round the neck, legs or arms to bring the cuff back to too clean it up manually :cry:)

Any help would be great

EDIT**

Jus a thought, Should it be a single sided object (plane) or as it is an extract it has geometry on both sides, inside the clothing and out???
