qmesh world axis

How do I get Qmesh to do its extruding only on the world axis, like only x or z instead of the polygon’s normal?
also Zmodeler brush seems to ignore the Transform XYZ modifiers

You don’t have control. The default and unique behavior is using the normals.
If you want more control for a extrusion direction the only method is extruding with transposer+ctrl.
