what is mean (( island )) in zbush world such as in ZModeler or any where in zbrush wold ???

In terms of ZModeler targets:
Island = Any group of connected (contiguous) polygons.
Polygroup Island = Any group of connected polygons with the same polygroup.
Flat Island = Connected polygons on the same plane
Facing Front Island = Connected polygons facing the viewer
Curved Island = Connected polygons on a curved surface
