Projection master/zapplink problem

I have been trying to texture my model using zapplink and projection master, the problem is whatever I paint seems to go through and also colour whatever mesh is behind the surface I am painting on. It isn’t the backside of the same surface it’s other surfaces behind that and so checking double sided on and off doesn’t solve the problem.

Can anybody please shed any light on this?

Don’t use both. If you’re using ZAppLink, you don’t need to use PM.

Yes sorry I probably wasn’t clear enough in how I said that. Even if I only use one of them the colour I am painting will still goes through and affects the surfaces behind the one I am painting. Could it be anything to do with scale do you think?
