Projection Master Pick up now turns matcap/material to semi flat shaded

hey guys, when i pick up now after texturing in projection master or using ZApplink my material/matcap turns into a semi flat shade mode that i cant seem to change, the texture turns out fine tho, but i have to keep quitting and reentering zbrush to get the matcap/material back to normal every time i pick up now :frowning: has anyone else had this problem? I’ve never had this problem before until zbrush 3.5 r3

windows 7 ultimate 64bit

That’s pretty strange. You should be able to clear the material, though, by selecting the FlatColor material and (while Draw>M is active) pressing Color>Fill Object. This will reset the material, making it live again so that it should change when you reselect your desired MatCap or other material.

hey thanks for reply aurick :+1: unfortunately that doesnt work but ive finished texturing my model despite this frustrating problem so im just gonna put this down to a performance bug issue for now. if i find the reason ill repost here, cheers dude
