project master does’t work with my model.I tried to make a stensil(alfa)and after pressing “pick it now” the model flips
Was the stencil still turned on when you used the Pick Up feature? It should be turned off first.

It’s hard to tell from the movie, but I don’t think the model has flipped. I think it’s the normals. When you rotate the model slightly it looks like you’re seeing through it, inside out. That would be flipped normals. What happens if you use Tool>Display Properties>Flip?
