project all only for texture... (answered)

Hi,

is there a way to project only the texture from one to another object?
If i use the project all method, then i get all the sculpted details to the new model, but what i want is only to project the texture

is the same obj but low and high res?
are two diferent objects?
can you show images of the obj?
is not this?..

is not this.jpg

the objects are 90%percent the same, but the UV´s are different and the objects have a different polycount.
I know on some parts it isn´t possible to project 100% perfect, but maybe for most of the parts…
so all what i want is to project only the texture…

I don’t know if zBrush can do this on its own, but if the two objects have UVs you can export them out (lowest subd should work) and use xNormal or the envelope search functions in whatever 3D package you might have to transfer the map(s).

If you store a Morph Target before doing the ProjectAll you can restore the sculpting by pressing Tool>Morph Target>Switch. The polypaint will remain.
