Its only me, or anyone else is getting problems with Project All?
like, Im trying to project 2 subtools to another(only 1) subtool, but I get a lot of weird glitches …
I used to do that in 3.1 and was fine, but 3.5R3 I cannot do it at all
any idea?

Some projection-normalization code is only activated when PA Blur value is a factor of 8. This will change in the next ZBrush update but for now, simply set the PA Blur to a factor of 8 (i.e. 8,16,24,32,40…80,88,96 ) in order to get proper projection.
I tried to use these numbers (8, 16, 32 …) , I got better results than before, but still have problems
here is the result, just an example

getting frustrated
Have you tried changing the Scan distance? Also you might use the ZProject brush to tidy up areas.
Yeah, I tried all numbers … 0.01 got me better results, much higher than that just go me very weird results.
I personally dont like too much the Zproject Brush to project 3d details, cause I think distort the mesh too much, maybe I can use it and then reproject higher subdivision or project all from 1 subtool.
I just wish project all works perfectly, now and forever.
PS: if the PA Blurs work better with a factor of 8, why its set 10 by default ???
PA Blur will be optimized for all values in the next update.
I was having the same issue that you were having, but I discovered that you can get much more acceptable results by starting with the lowest subdivision for both the projector and projectee, and progressively projecting with higher and higher resolution.
I always project level by level, still get weird result when get on the highest levels
