Problems with zsphere to mesh

Sorry, i’m a noob.
I make this zsphere model but for some reason (probably the align zsphere) when press “A” button, the mesh is all wrong.

If the problem was the zsphere rotation, exist a way to fix it? because start all over again is complicated with my times.

In Adaptive Skin submenu, turn off “Use Classic Skinning”. If it is grayed out, turn off Preview first. You do need to rotate the ZSpheres slightly in the feet though. As far as rotating any other ZSpheres, it’s hard to tell from viewing just the one angle, but try just turning off “Use Classic Skinning” first and see if that is satisfactory.
